I will never return to this shop again. I paid a lot of money to have the c.V axle and joints changed tires rotated and car aligned. Not only did they not align the car but charge me for it. I left with the car, pulling hard to the left. Steering wheel 30Β° off center turned to the right and she told me to come back the next week to have it fixed. They also broke the clips off on my grill and sent the car out like that I don't have time to come back a third time I work you had the car all day this should have been fixed and I told you it was a problem right there. It should have been fixed right there not come back next week. Blonde hair lady at the front super rude to me another customers. I will never return simply because of her attitude and poor quality of the service I received and difficulty having corrected it after I've already paid for it. I'm here, lady.Do you not realize how rude you are to everybody? The car should have been fixed immediately. Not you telling me to drive home like that? You are crazy. But don't worry, I'm gonna let everybody know what you did.And how rude you were and how you let me leave with that car. Crazy!

I was a customer for many years but recently moved to Philadelphia. I miss this great honest independent shop. This is one of the businesses that l wish l could have taken with me. Up here in the Philladelphia area l took a car to Mavis discout tires for tires, and they indicated that all four struts needed replaced which l had them do. The next oil change l came in for they said 2 struts were worn out and needed replaced. Mavis mechanics are apparently on commission. After speaking to the manager about the incident he admitted that the previous service righter had not put the information in correctly indicating that all four struts were replaced the previous visit. So after $1700 have very little confidence that any of that work really needed done. Cheaper chain retailers can end up costing much more money than a shop you can trust. This is an example of why when l find a good locally recommended auto shop, AC technician, plumber, or electrician l try value them and treat them with the respect they deserve. l then find that l am valued customer not just a person to be taken advantage of. I miss this place so much.

They are a 30 minute drive from me but absolutely worth it. They were able to get me an appointment the day after my inquiry. They were flexible with the appointment time and the tire came in under the quoted cost. Service was super fast. This is my tire place going forward. p.s I was able to select my tire, make my appointment and receive an approximate cost of tire and service from their website too. They called me back within a couple hours to schedule.

Have been a satisfied customer for years with multiple vehicles and was reminded today how well they treat their customers. I took my car in 2 days ago due to alert for low tire pressure for one tire and they took me in with only a few minutes to wait. The nice gentleman checked all tires, not just the one indicated and I was soon on my way. Unfortunately, the indicator showed low tire pressure again and I took the car back this morning. They took the car immediately and found a nail and were able to plug it. Then the crowning moment...they did not charge me saying it should have been caught when I first brought it in! Absolutely fabulous people and staff - I am always treated with respect and politeness and will continue to be their customer and recommend their business!
